- Job Title: Sales Leader - North (Enterprise Software Solutions) - Location: Delhi NCR Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to drive enterprise software sales across the North India region. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in PLM, CAD/CAM/CAE, MES, and digital transformation solutions, with strong leadership and client engagement skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end software sales across enterprise and mid-market accounts in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and energy sectors. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. - Build and maintain CXO-level client relationships and manage complex sales cycles. - Drive account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management. - Collaborate with internal teams and partners to expand business opportunities. - Represent the organization at key industry events and forums. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 15 years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. - Proven success in managing large enterprise accounts and multi-million-dollar deals. - Strong understanding of manufacturing and process industries in India. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
