Algo8.AI Pvt. Ltd., a prominent Industrial AI solutions provider. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. They are responsible for building relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting and selling our products/services. The Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful deal closures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including lead lists, referrals, networking, and cold outreach.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls/meetings with prospects to understand their challenges, requirements, and buying motivations.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospects, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Provide accurate and detailed quotes, proposals, and sales presentations to prospects.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact for ongoing communication and support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of 2-5 years of successful sales experience in a related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a well-spoken demeanor suitable for client interactions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market dynamics.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
