**Sales Representative**

**Sales representatives are responsible for communicating the benefits of a company’s products to drive sales. Sales reps serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.**

**Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.**

**Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.**

**Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.**

**Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.**

**Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.**

**Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.**

**Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.**

**Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.**

**Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.**

**Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends**

**Sales Representative Requirements**

**Experience
- minimum 3 years**

**PREFERABLE FROM FMCG BACKGROUND**

**Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.**

**Proven sales experience**

**Should have worked with distributors and retailers.**

**Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.**

**Proven track record of achieving sales targets.**

**Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**

**Effective communication skills.**

**Exceptional customer service skills**

**Vehicle is mandatory.**

**Smart phone is necessary**

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 2 years (preferred)
- sales representative: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Hindi (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Relocate before starting work (required)
