Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales / Lead Generation Executive with 1–6 years of experience in B2B IT/Software sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the sales closure team by building a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate quality leads from online sources such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other databases.
  • Identify the right decision-makers in target organizations and make the initial pitch.
  • Share marketing collateral, solutions, and service information via email campaigns.
  • Follow up with prospects, pitch offerings, and encourage demos or free trials of services.
  • Schedule online meetings/discussions with interested prospects for the sales closure team.
  • Update and maintain records in the sales CRM at every stage of the process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through LinkedIn, Skype, and other professional networking platforms.
  • Validate and qualify leads by following the sales qualification process.
  • Conduct data mining, market research, and secondary research to build target databases.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in B2B Lead Generation / Inside Sales (IT/Software/Technology domain preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Strong skills in market research, data mining, and database building.
  • Ability to engage and nurture prospects through multiple touchpoints.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field).
  • 1–6 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation / Inside Sales.
