- 5–10 years in business development/channel sales (preferably in renewable energy, solar, energy storage, or power management).
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Technical understanding of solar, storage, and energy management solutions.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
