  • Resolve complaints efficiently or escalate to relevant teams when required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to provide complete resolutions.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing Bachelor's / Completed
  • Open to freshers with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in the night shift
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce preferred
  • Must be based in Nagpur
