**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to product, order, and service-related questions with accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all customer interactions.
- Provide timely follow-ups and ensure queries are closed to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Resolve complaints efficiently or escalate to relevant teams when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide complete resolutions.
- Work in the night shift and manage queries effectively during assigned hours remotly.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the team to improve processes.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing Bachelor's / Completed
- Open to **freshers** with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in the **night shift**:

- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic understanding of e-commerce preferred
- Must be based in **Nagpur**:

- Must be able to **join immediately**
