Designation: Customer Service Associate

Process Type
- Voice

Experience
- 3 to 6 months experience (Preferable)

Qualification
- Any Graduate/HSC

**Salary**: ₹14,000 - ₹17,000 per month

**Requirements**:
Should be ready to work for the Voice process

Must have good communication skills in English with fluency.

Clarity of speech and thought is expected with basic computer knowledge.

Ready for rotational shifts & rotational week offs.

**Immediate joiners Preferred.**

Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features

Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options

Process POS (point of sale) purchases. Cross sell products.

Handle returns of merchandise

Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

Build productive trust relationships with customers.
