Job Time-rotational(8am to 9pm--8 hour any )---English must

Experience
- Fresher or 6 months experience (Preferable)

Qualification
- Any Graduate/HSC

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹17,000 per month

**Requirements**:
Should be ready to work for the Voice process

Must have a excellent command & fluency in English

Clarity of speech and Customer Service Associate thought is expected with basic computer knowledge.

Ready for rotational shifts & rotational week offs.

Immediate joiners Preferred.

Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries on product orders

Assist various departments in facilitating sales of all products in the company portfolio

Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required time frame

Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues

Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management

Administer and prioritize customer tasks and ensure achievement of all deadlines within the required time frame.

Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services

Proven customer service/support experience

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Familiar with CRM systems and practices

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
