Managing incoming calls and customer service enquiries
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
The associate will be required to talk to old and unwell people. He or she will reach out to those who have been referred or have enquired for home treatment or assistance and have to collect all the required information before boarding them as patients.
The associate needs to have clear speech, calm demeanor on call and should be able to collect information with patience.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method and tools.
Fluent Communication skills is utmost priority
Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.

Should be ready to work in night shifts
Should have experience in International Call center, US healthcare, at least minimum 1 year
Should have basic knowledge of medical terms
Should have experience interacting with US Clients (US Process)
