Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use computer systems to access and update customer records and information.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries and escalate issues as necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in all interactions with customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably with international exposure (US clients).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work within the specified operation window and rotational week off pattern.

Work Schedule:
Shift Duration: 9.5 Hours

Shift Timing: Between 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM (includes rotational shifts)

Week Off Pattern: Rotational

Week Off Count: Two week offs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
