Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive2) Requirement - 3 Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and attending industry events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand client requirements and work with technical teams to develop tailored solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies.

Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.

Requirements:

Any graduate.

Proven track record of 1-2 years in business development or sales in the IT industry.

Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., SaaS, ERP, cloud, custom software).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling to mid-size or enterprise clients.

Familiarity with Agile software development processes.

Prior experience in international sales or remote B2B sales is a plus.

Pay: ₹240, ₹300,000.00 per year
