Key Responsibilities

Ø Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant industry segments.

Ø Manage full sales cycle in Solar EPC work : from prospecting → site visits → solution proposal → quotation → negotiation → closure.

Ø Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: corporates, industrial estates, consultants, EPC contractors, DISCOMs, etc.

Ø Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client requirements.

Ø Work closely with internal teams (engineering, procurement, installation, O&M) to ensure project feasibility and smooth execution.

Ø Support pre-sales activities, including client follow-ups and pipeline management.

Ø Track market trends, competitor activity, and subsidies/regulatory updates in the solar domain.

Ø Provide regular sales pipeline updates, forecast revenue/profit to management, and meet (or exceed) assigned targets.

Ø Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and conversions in CRM systems.

Ø Contribute to revenue growth through proactive outreach and strong client engagement.
