Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Account Sales Manager – B2B with strong experience in the e-commerce industry. The role involves managing key B2B accounts, driving revenue growth, onboarding new business clients, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate understands the e-commerce ecosystem, digital commerce solutions, and enterprise buying behavior.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Growth
- Manage and grow existing B2B client accounts—ensuring revenue expansion and smooth operations.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with decision-makers at client organizations.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on client requirements.
New Business Development
- Acquire new B2B clients across relevant categories (manufacturers, wholesalers, brands, distributors, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing negotiations.
- Convert prospects into long-term recurring clients.
Operational & Strategic Responsibilities
- Deeply understand e-commerce platform capabilities (cataloging, logistics, payments, technology).
- Work with internal teams (operations, supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
- Provide market intelligence on competitors, category trends, and new opportunities.
Client Support & Issue Resolution
- Address client queries regarding order flow, pricing, payments, returns, and operational issues.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate performance and action plans.
