Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order tracking through CRM/Excel.
  • Maintain and update customer database, enquiry pipeline, and follow-up records.
  • Coordinate between field sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Track pending quotations, orders, and payment follow-ups.
  • Prepare MIS and CRM reports for management review.

Required Skills:

  • Industry experience is mandatory – must be from Switchgear, Lapp Cables, Secure Meters, Connectwell, Innomotics Motors or similar product lines.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confident, organized, and customer-service oriented.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP software preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
