Role Overview:
We are looking for a
high-performing Sales Head
to lead SEPL's business growth across India. The role demands a mix of strategy, leadership, and execution excellence — building and managing a strong team, ensuring consistent order inflow, and driving sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual and monthly revenue targets across all verticals (Electrical, Fire, HVAC, Solar).
- Build and manage a PAN India sales team, ensuring performance through Zoho CRM.
- Develop new business with consultants, architects, builders, and corporate clients.
- Identify and participate in tenders, negotiate profitable contracts, and ensure closure.
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, exhibitions, and lead generation activities.
- Maintain 25%+ gross profit margin and ensure 95% collection within credit period.
- Conduct weekly funnel reviews and submit sales forecasts to management.
- Build strong client relationships ensuring 30% business from repeat customers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- ₹10 Cr+ monthly order booking
- 4+ new client acquisitions per month
- ≥25% proposal-to-closure ratio
- ≥₹1.5 Cr average order size
- 8+ tender submissions monthly
- 9/10+ client satisfaction rating
Required Skills & Experience:
- 14+ years of experience in
MEPF / EPC / Fire / Electrical contracting
. - Proven track record of achieving ₹50–100 Cr annual targets.
- Strong network with
consultants, architects, and government agencies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with
Zoho CRM
and project-based B2B sales. - Qualification:
B.E/B.Tech (Electrical or Mechanical)
; MBA preferred.
