Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Performance Marketer to handle our social media marketing strategies, paid advertising campaigns, and overall brand presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing organic and paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, along with strong analytical and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS campaigns to maximize performance.
  • Manage and monitor social media campaigns (organic + paid) to ensure strong audience engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and targeting to improve results.
  • Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams for creatives and ad copies.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Paid Advertising.
  • Proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
