Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively drive the sales numbers and source new business for Home Loans through DSAs and Open Market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, builders, and other business partners.
  • Generate leads, convert them into sales, and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Ensure timely disbursal of loans and provide excellent customer service, compliance with all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/PG in any field with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HL/Lap loan in BFSI industry.
  • Knowledge of loan documentation process.
  • Male & Females both candidates will be preferred.
  • Good communication, extrovert attitude and selling skills is a must.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven candidates to source new business for Home Loans through Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) and Open Market.
