About the Role:

Syncasist is looking to add two proactive Quality Assurance professionals to our dynamic team As a QA at Syncasist, you will play a critical part in our agile process—joining daily, midday, and end-of-day calls with the development team. Your mission is to ensure the quality and performance of the applications and the software we are building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in development team calls (day, mid-day, end-of-day) to align on priorities and provide quality feedback.
  • Execute and refine QA practices in line with Syncasist's agile framework.
  • Test applications across logic, UI/UX, API calls, functions and real-time connectivity.
  • Research and understand unique client business requirements; conduct R&D to develop tailored test cases.
  • Collaborate closely with developers—redefining logic, suggesting improvements, and assuring both product and process quality.
  • Conduct manual and automated tests as needed to validate features and performance.
  • Document bugs and testing results clearly in task trackers.
  • Ensure user-centric quality across web and mobile platforms.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of both manual and automated software testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with API tools, real-time application workflows, and UI/UX principles is highly valuable.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-moving, team-driven environment.
  • Experience with agile teams or startup environments is a plus.
