Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to manage
Human Resources operations
and
Business Development activities
for our aluminium doors and windows manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance while also driving sales growth through client acquisition, project coordination, and relationship management in the construction and architectural sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Human Resource Management
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify manpower needs and handle end-to-end recruitment for factory and office staff.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and new employee orientation.
Employee Relations & Performance
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives.
- Resolve employee grievances and ensure a healthy work environment.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, and factory rules.
- Maintain HR policies, code of conduct, and safety regulations.
Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and organize technical and behavioral training sessions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
B. Business Development
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify new business opportunities with builders, architects, contractors, and interior designers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and project consultants.
Sales & Marketing
- Generate leads through market visits, cold calls, and digital channels.
- Prepare and present quotations, product catalogs, and technical proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Provide inputs for pricing, product development, and marketing strategies.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with the production and installation teams for timely delivery and project execution.
- Monitor client satisfaction and after-sales service.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Experience:
1-2 years of experience in HR and/or business development, preferably in the construction, building materials, or aluminium fabrication industry. - Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.
- Sales acumen and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and HR software.
- Ability to multitask and manage both HR and business development functions effectively.
