Job Description:

The HR Executive will oversee and manage the entire HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, attendance, and HR administration. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
  • Conduct new employee inductions and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and office events.
  • Address employee queries and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Coordinate with management for performance evaluation and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
  • Support in payroll coordination and administrative activities when needed.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role (preferably in the IT/Digital Marketing industry).
