Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for café and bakery operations (kitchen, service, admin, etc.).
- Develop hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Organize engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and design programs for skill enhancement.
- Conduct regular workshops on soft skills, compliance, and safety.
- Payroll & Compliance:
- Oversee attendance, payroll processing, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- HR Policies & Procedures:
- Draft, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with company goals.
- Ensure adherence to disciplinary processes and organizational culture.
Requirements
- Female candidate with minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple branches/locations if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
