Position Overview

We are looking for a female HR Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations. The role involves managing day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment and selection: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding staff for bakery, café, and support functions.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Process payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for timely salary disbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements.
  • Conduct induction and training programs for new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support in performance management and appraisals.
  • Assist management with HR strategy and manpower planning.

Requirements

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
  • Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and labour compliance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹17,000.00 per month
