Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end human resources functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll, and compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management
- Support training, development, and talent retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Skills & Requirements

- 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools & MS Office
- Problem-solving and employee-centric approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
