Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end human resources functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll, and compliance
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management
  • Support training, development, and talent retention initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools & MS Office
  • Problem-solving and employee-centric approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
