Nirosha Foods is a growing Food & Beverage company headquartered in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. We deal in chips, fryums, sweets, and namkeens. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR operations and build strong people practices across the organization.

Job Summary:

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have strong HR knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and retention strategies.
  • Prepare and process payroll, attendance, and statutory compliances.
  • Develop HR policies and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Conduct training & development programs for skill enhancement.
  • Monitor performance management system and appraisal cycles.
  • Maintain HR data, reports, and records accurately.
  • Act as a link between management and employees for effective communication.

Requirements:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG / Manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
