Channel Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive the sales of Lithium Iron Batteries in UP West and UP East
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lead acid battery sales, with a proven track record in channel management and sales strategy development. This role requires an individual who is adept at building relationships with channel partners and has a comprehensive understanding of the battery market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for Lithium Iron Batteries in the assigned region.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners while nurturing relationships with existing partners to drive sales growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for product positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns to support channel partners.
- Conduct regular training and support for channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to evaluate performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote company's products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-9 years of experience in sales, preferably as an Area Sales Manager or Sales Manager in the battery industry.
- Strong understanding of the lithium iron battery market and its applications.
- Proven experience in managing channel sales and developing successful partnerships.
- Familiarity with brands such as Livguard, Luminous, Trontek, iPower, Leader, and Windsor is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
5-8 LPA plus variables.
