The Associate Director – Inside Sales is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and building high-performing teams. This role requires a seasoned leader with expertise in sales strategy, revenue growth, and team management within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Sales Managers to drive continuous improvement and build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and admissions targets by fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor KPIs for sales teams to ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes, workflows, and tools to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales performance through the CRM system.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless lead-to-conversion journey.
  • Provide actionable insights from customer and market data to influence product and strategy decisions.
  • Use data analytics to forecast sales performance, identify opportunities, and improve conversion rates.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
    10–12 years of overall sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large sales teams in high-growth, target-driven environments (EdTech/E-learning preferred).
  • Strong skills in sales strategy, operations, people management, and data-driven decision making.
