Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a VP/Director Sales, based in Pune. The VP/Director Sales will lead and manage the sales operations, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and foster business growth. Responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, driving business development, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also be involved in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance evaluation to ensure the company's revenue objectives are met.
