We're now looking for a passionate and strategic
Associate Director of Sales
to lead our Sales & Reservations team and further strengthen Atmantan's position as a world-class wellness destination.

Role Overview

The Associate Director of Sales will be responsible for driving sales performance across domestic and international markets while overseeing the reservations team. This is a key leadership position that combines
sales strategy
,
revenue generation
, and
guest experience management
— ensuring that every guest interaction reflects Atmantan's promise of personalized wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Sales and Reservations teams to achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies across B2C and B2B segments including corporates, travel partners, and wellness collaborators.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand Atmantan's reach globally.
  • Oversee the reservations process ensuring high levels of accuracy, responsiveness, and service excellence.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and guest insights to optimize sales and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Guest Relations to ensure seamless pre-arrival and post-stay experiences.
  • Train, motivate, and guide team members to uphold Atmantan's service standards and brand ethos.
  • Represent Atmantan at key events, trade shows, and wellness forums to build brand visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum
    8–10 years of experience
    in Sales & Reservations within luxury hospitality, wellness, or resort segments.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of wellness tourism and high-end customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and reservation management systems.
