Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Director of Sales, based in Pune. The individual will be responsible for leading the sales department, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets. The role encompasses overseeing the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The Associate Director of Sales will also collaborate with other departments to create customized wellness packages to meet client needs and align with the organization's vision and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales expertise, including developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams with proven leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and a customer-focused mindset
  • Analytical skills for identifying market opportunities and trends, preparing reports, and making data-driven decisions
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge or experience in the hospitality, wellness, or luxury service industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
