Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Associate Director of Sales based in Pune. The role involves driving sales initiatives, managing sales operations, and developing business strategies to achieve revenue goals. The candidate will oversee a sales team, ensure seamless customer service, and identify opportunities for business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include strategizing sales plans, client relationship management, monitoring team performance, and collaborating with other departments to align sales efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Operations to achieve revenue targets and manage sales activities.
  • Experience in Customer Service excellence to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong Team Management capabilities to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in Business Development to identify opportunities for growth and expand client base.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in the wellness, hospitality, or luxury sectors is highly desirable.
