Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Director role located in Pune. The Sales Director will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies, manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, building client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to expand the company's market reach. Collaboration with internal departments to align sales strategies with company goals will be essential to ensure consistent growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Management, and achieving growth targets
  • Strong relationship-building, client acquisition, and customer management skills
  • Leadership, team management, and training skills to build and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Strategic thinking, market analysis, and the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to maintain and expand business relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in financial services or related industries is highly preferred
