Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager for NPS and Insurance will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the domain of retirement and insurance solutions. This role involves advising clients on NPS and insurance products, onboarding new customers and maintaining engagement with clients for multiple products pitch and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell NPS and insurance products to individual and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct financial planning sessions and product presentations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and servicing.
- Track and report sales performance, client feedback and market trends.
- Organize client engagement activities such as seminars, webinars and workshops.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong understanding of retirement planning, insurance products and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
