Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Relationship Manager role based in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals. Responsibilities also include managing client accounts, addressing inquiries or issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Account management, problem-solving, and customer service expertise.
- Familiarity with social media management, branding strategies, and creative marketing approaches.
- Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and thrive in an on-site work environment.
- Prior experience in a client-facing or relationship management role is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
