Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, promoting housing finance products, and generating business opportunities. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, addressing customer concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely loan processing and approvals.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Sales experience and the ability to achieve targets proactively and effectively
  • Knowledge of housing finance products and financial markets
  • Analytical skills with the ability to assess creditworthiness and provide appropriate financial solutions
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, CRM systems, and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and coordinate with internal teams
  • Prior experience in financial services, banking, or housing finance will be advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
