About the Role:

As a Relationship Manager, you will be the voice of our company — engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales. You'll also use basic AI tools to streamline your tasks, manage leads efficiently, and enhance customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Identify prospects, generate interest, and convert leads into customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Utilize AI tools for lead management, script assistance, and productivity improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
  • Handle objections effectively and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and local language(s).
  • Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, CRM automation, or lead tracking software.
  • Strong listening and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections confidently and maintain enthusiasm.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Experience in Institutional Sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call-tracking tools.
  • Interest in using AI-based tools to improve sales performance and reporting.
