Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships to identify their investment needs and provide tailored solutions. They will manage client portfolios, promote financial products and services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves proactive communication with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver personalized financial advice to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in relationship management, client servicing, and effective communication skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of financial products, investment solutions, and wealth management strategies.
  • Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet targets and drive client engagement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client portfolios and recommend appropriate financial strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Relevant experience in financial services or a related field is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
