Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves providing personalized financial advice, conducting regular client meetings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with various internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet clients' needs and achieve business targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management, client servicing, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Relevant experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
