Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, providing banking solutions tailored to individual and business needs, as well as supporting growth in key financial products. Daily tasks include client acquisition, portfolio management, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring exemplary service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty. The role may also require collaboration with various internal teams to drive business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Servicing, and Stakeholder Interaction
  • Proficiency in Sales, Cross-selling, and Upselling of Banking Products and Services
  • Ability to manage Financial Portfolios, analyze customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Knowledge of core banking operations and familiarity with retail payment platforms like UPI, IMPS, and NEFT/RTGS
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Prior experience in banking, financial services, or relationship management is advantageous
