Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with clients to understand their financial objectives. Daily tasks include identifying opportunities to offer customized financial solutions, conducting client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver services like wealth management, capital solutions, and real estate advisory. Additionally, the role involves monitoring client portfolios and providing recommendations to achieve their financial goals while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and client servicing skills with the ability to build trust and long-term connections
  • Understanding of wealth management, financial planning, and investment products such as mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and insurance
  • Proficiency in capital advisory, including knowledge of loans, structured debt, and MSME funding
  • Familiarity with real estate as an asset class, including investment, advisory, and portfolio management strategies
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Result-driven mindset with capability to meet targets and manage multiple client needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in wealth management, banking, or financial services is highly desirable
