Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include identifying and connecting with potential clients, conducting property consultations, coordinating site visits, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and collaborating with team members to achieve business goals.

- Sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of the real estate market and property consultation services
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications

- Previous experience in real estate sales, consulting, or customer relationship roles is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields
