Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing CRM systems to enhance client relationships. Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret customer data effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration
  • Experience or a strong understanding of sales and customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of market segmentation and the ability to tailor strategies for various customer groups
  • Project management skills to oversee the end-to-end implementation of CRM initiatives
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a CRM or similar customer-focused role
