Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager located in Noida. The CRM Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving customer relationships, overseeing the CRM system, analyzing customer data, and managing customer service operations. The role involves leading a team to ensure superior customer satisfaction, developing strategies to boost customer loyalty, and identifying opportunities for improvement in customer interactions.
