Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cleints to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts and act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and improve service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunites for improvement.
  • Develop and implement stratergies to increase customer retention and loyalty.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries is highly advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Experince with CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite ( Excel,Word,Power Point).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback
