Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through strong communication and service delivery skills. This is a full-time onsite role, and we prefer --- candidates who are local to Noida for seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:


• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure timely resolution of their queries, concerns, and requests.


• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.


• Understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and services.


• Regularly follow up with customers to ensure smooth service delivery and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.


• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and service history through CRM tools.


• Analyze customer data and trends to provide insights for process improvements and service enhancements.


• Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and documentation as required.


• Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations.


• Handle escalations professionally, ensuring resolution within agreed timelines.


• Contribute to customer engagement initiatives such as feedback calls, review meetings, and satisfaction surveys.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.


• Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or similar client-facing roles.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.


• Experience using CRM software and MS Office tools.


• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.


• Strong customer-centric mindset with a positive and professional attitude.


• Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.

Additional Requirements

• Must be local to Noida or willing to work onsite without relocation assistance.
