Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist based in Noida. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, implementing CRM strategies, coordinating with the sales team, and managing projects related to customer relationship management. The role also involves regular communication with clients and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Analytical and Project Management skills
  • Proven ability to manage customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
