Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will handle and maintain client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, formulating tailored solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities for expanding services. The role also involves managing documentation and ensuring a seamless leasing experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management, account handling, and client satisfaction skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in commercial real estate processes and leasing documentation.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Noida's commercial real estate market is a plus.
