They build strong customer relationships, address inquiries or issues, and ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience. Their role plays a key part in customer retention and promoting brand loyalty within the skincare industry.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Provide personalized skincare advice by understanding customer concerns and recommending appropriate products or routines.

  2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product-related issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and trust.

  3. Maintain regular communication with customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.

  4. Collaborate with sales and product teams to stay updated on new launches, promotions, and product knowledge.

  5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve service quality and contribute to product development or refinement.

**Requirements:**

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in cosmetology, dermatology, business, or a related field is preferred.

  2. Skincare Knowledge: Strong understanding of skincare products, skin types, and common skin concerns.

  3. Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

  4. Experience: Prior experience in customer service, beauty retail, or skincare industry is an advantage.

  5. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, online chat platforms, and basic computer skills.

  6. Sales Orientation: Ability to recommend and upsell products based on customer needs.

  7. Language Skills: Proficiency in local language(s) and English, especially for customer-facing roles.
