Job Title: HR Executive

Full-Time | Location: Remote

About the Role:

Are you driven by a passion for people and workplace excellence? We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are an added advantage.
  • 0 -1 years of hands-on experience in HR functions like recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation.
  • Understanding of performance management, employee engagement, and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts — from job postings and screening to interviews and hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Address employee queries, provide support on HR policies, and maintain an open-door approach.
  • Assist with payroll processing and administer employee benefits.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including document filing, phone handling, and recordkeeping.
  • Act as a bridge between management and staff to promote transparent communication and resolve conflicts.
  • Support employee performance reviews and contribute to development planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
  • Contribute to retention strategies by addressing employee concerns and promoting satisfaction.
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary actions fairly and in accordance with company policy.
