About the Role:

We are looking for a HR Generalist Executive with 2+ years of experience in HR operations and generalist functions within the IT or EdTech industry. This is a remote role, the role focuses on end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, PMS, grievance handling, payroll support, and generalist HR activities. This is not a recruitment-focused role, so candidates with strong HR operations experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
  • Assist with payroll processing and statutory compliance
  • Support Performance Management System (PMS) activities, including goal tracking, appraisals, and feedback collection
  • Address employee grievances and provide solutions in line with company policies
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
  • Maintain HR records, ensure compliance with company policies, and serve as a point of contact for employee queries
  • Implement HR policies and procedures effectively across the organization

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant HR operations / generalist experience in IT or EdTech organizations
  • Experience in payroll, PMS, grievance handling, and employee engagement
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Immediate joiners preferred
